Incoming lots are weighed, tagged and segregated by crop, moisture and origin. Traceable batch IDs follow every consignment through the factory floor.

Each lot is inspected for moisture, purity and grade against buyer requirements — so only approved raw material moves into the factory process.

In our factories, multi-stage cleaning removes dust, stones and foreign matter. Optical colour sortex then grades for export-ready purity and consistency.

Products are packed in hygienic conditions with customised bags, bulk formats and labelling as per buyer specification — ready for export handling.

Buyer-led documentation is arranged as required — Invoice cum Packing List, Phyto Certificates, COO Certificates, CEPHA Certificate, Fumigation Certificates and BL (Bill of Lading) — so every shipment clears smoothly for the buyer.

For exporters, SGS certification isn't just an added value — it's a requirement for global trust. Arranged as per buyer requirement for independent quality and compliance assurance.

Goods are stuffed at our port-side factories with self-sealing permission, then moved to Kandla-Mundra, Hazira or JNPT for vessel or container sailing. Shipments move through MLO (Main Line Operator) and NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) channels — an MLO is a primary shipping line that owns or operates large ocean-going container vessels on major trade routes (such as Maersk, MSC and CMA CGM).

Shipments are delivered through destination seaports across our export markets — coordinated for on-time arrival and smooth last-mile handover.

After delivery, we collect buyer feedback on shipment condition and product quality — closing the loop so every next order stays reliable and export-grade.
